Marist Higher Education Conference Closes

With the closure of the 4th International Conference, it is clear good progress is being made with developing international cooperation in Marist Higher Education.  

The opportunity to work together is appreciated by all participants. A number of developments occurred at this Conference:

1. An International Executive Team was elected to continue to facilitate the ongoing work of the Conference.

2. Work groups were established in the following areas: a. The Working Arrangements of the Organisation (Statutes); b. University Ministry;  c. Staff and Student Exchanges;  d. International Course Design on Marist Spirituality and e. Virtual Learning Interchanges.

The 5th Conference will be held in Mexico City in 2012.
