Nurturing Dreams

Brothers John McMahon & Luis DavalosBr Luis Davalos, Rector of our Marist University in Mexico and pictured here with me at the recent Conference for those involved in Marist Tertiary Education, has forwarded the following link to an inspiring presentation by Sir Ken Robinson on revolutionising education.  Robinson takes up a theme often proposed by Canadian Professor Thomas Greenfield that education is more like agriculture than manufacturing. Robinson suggests we create a movement to revolutionise education in this way so that we don't stand on our children's dreams but nurture them. Te invito a ver esta interesanta conferencia (20 minutos).
