Easter Sunday Mass

Inside the Bascillica at Fouviere

They say that you should always remember to "look up" when in Europe

The ambience within the church was just breathtaking, everyone was just so focussed not only on the choir but the important fact that Jesus had risen. The alleluia song at the end of mass brought me to tears. The brilliant sunshine after leaving the church added to portraying Lyon at its best – the town that I love put on a great show for the pilgrims.
